"Design" is no longer identify as a process of beautification, rather a way of thinking. To uncover other's latent value, empathizing as a human being with another human being.
Nowadays organizations & individuals were able to see what values design could bring. The economic paradigm shift towards the knowledge economy, the demand to uncover motive & purpose means so much more to individuals. The pursuit of a new level of personal wealth.
